While kintone is powerful for improving efficiency within a company, it does not offer a standard way to share information with people outside the organization, such as business partners or part-time staff. As a result, companies had to rely on analog communication methods like email, fax, and phone calls, which led to scattered information and duplicate data management.

"Chobiit for kintone" is an external integration service that seamlessly connects the "inside" and "outside" of kintone, and we continue to develop and expand it under a lab-type team structure. It enables viewing, registering, editing, and deleting records from outside kintone, achieving two-way information sharing with external parties.

• Two sharing modes: a "user-authenticated" mode where users linked to a kintone account log in to operate the service, and a "public" mode that anyone can view and register to without logging in.
• Web form feature: can be used as an inquiry or survey form, with submitted content automatically registered as a record in the kintone app.

The service runs on a cloud infrastructure on AWS, combining a Java backend with a JavaScript/React frontend.
