neton — Feature development for the recruitment marketing tool "Saiyo Kakaricho"

Challenge
As the recruitment shortage among small and medium-sized businesses grows more severe, "Saiyo Kakaricho," which offers one-stop support for the entire recruitment process, needed continuous expansion and improvement of a wide range of functions — including job posting creation, job search engine integration, applicant management, and interview evaluation — without interrupting the service. As a production service used daily by many establishments, a development structure was needed that could maintain high quality and stability while enabling close communication in Japanese.
Solution & Team
Miichisoft formed a dedicated team responsible for feature development of "Saiyo Kakaricho," continuously supporting everything from detailed design and implementation to unit testing (UT) and integration through system testing (IT–ST). The team built up domain knowledge centered on job postings (JD) and candidate management within the recruitment business, and developed functions such as applicant management, recruitment step management, and notifications using a PHP, Node.js, React JS, and AWS stack. Working closely in Japanese, the team built a development structure that ensured quality.
