Challenge：Phone-based inspection booking had gone unchanged for years, making scheduling coordination with residents cumbersome. This led to double bookings, the burden of paper-based management, and difficulty tracking on-site presence.
Our approach：We built a new inspection booking management web app connecting property managers, inspection companies, and residents. It supports QR-based booking and rescheduling, reminder notifications, electronic signature records, and automatic scheduling for regular inspections. A dedicated team supported the project end-to-end, from requirements definition through launch and maintenance.
