Photoruction — Long-term lab-type co-creation of feature development for the construction DX cloud "Photoruction"

As a rapidly growing production support cloud for the construction industry, the company needed to continuously expand and improve a wide range of functions, including photo management, drawings, schedules, and inspections, without any interruption. This required highly specialized domain knowledge of construction operations, along with high quality standards and scalability to support over 400,000 construction projects, and close communication in Japanese.

Miichisoft formed a dedicated lab-type team responsible for feature development and customization of "Photoruction," continuously supporting everything from detailed design to implementation, testing, and operational support. Working closely in Japanese with a bridge SE at the core, the team flexibly responded to requirements as one with the customer's development team. Quality was ensured through unit, integration, and system testing, building a structure that completed development on schedule. Since starting the collaboration in December 2018, the team size has been flexibly scaled up or down according to project phase, co-creating development over the long term.
