Design and Development (Project-Based) of the Tax Accountant Matching Platform "Mitsukaru Zeirishi"

Individuals and businesses looking for a tax accountant faced concerns such as "we don't know which tax accountant suits us," "we want to compare multiple firms," and "we want an expert to make a recommendation," while tax accountant firms faced client-acquisition challenges such as "acquiring new clients" and "not knowing how to promote the firm." Traditionally, finding a tax accountant relied on referrals from acquaintances or individual searches, and there was no efficient platform for users and firms to find each other. This two-sided challenge needed to be solved through a web-based matching platform.

Miichisoft built "Mitsukaru Zeirishi," a matching platform on AWS that connects users looking for a tax accountant with tax accountant firms nationwide. Users can search and narrow down firms by multiple criteria — location, industry, request type (retainer tax accountant, tax return filing, inheritance, invoice system, etc.), firm characteristics (former tax office staff on board, strong with cloud tools, available on weekends, etc.), and supported accounting software — and can directly contact firms or the platform administrator. Tax accountant firms can post their firm information and videos from their My Page and use the built-in homepage feature for free. We handled consulting, basic design, detailed design, and UI/UX design through development, unit testing, and integration/system testing end-to-end, and have continued to support production operation and maintenance after release. The business has since expanded to include "Zeirishi Portal" for tax accountant firms and "Tsunagaru Zeirishi" for product matching, and we continue to build and operate the platform infrastructure.
