Development of a No-Code Booking System

With the spread of online sales meetings and consultations, the effort required for booking and schedule coordination had been increasing. Specifically, the following challenges stood out:

• Scheduling took time — presenting candidate dates, issuing URLs, adjusting shifts — during which prospective customers would often drop off, resulting in lost opportunities
• Increased operational workload from handling things online, such as issuing and sending meeting URLs and preventing double bookings
• A high barrier to running A/B tests or improvements on the booking page

To launch a SaaS solving these issues, a team capable of building a production-quality product in a short period of time was needed.

We developed a booking system, as an outsourced project of roughly 15 person-months, that lets users create a booking page in about 3 minutes with no code and automates schedule coordination.

• Integrates with Google Calendar and Microsoft Calendar to automatically pick up and update available slots from all members' schedules
• Automatically factors in every member's schedule through a team feature, preventing double bookings
• Automatically issues meeting URLs via Zoom and Google Meet integration
• No-code booking page creation using templates, embedding into websites, buttons, and text, customizable input fields, and a customer management feature

With a BrSE serving as the client's point of contact, we supported everything consistently from requirements definition through implementation and release, and also handled improvement requests after release. The technology stack is a web application built on AWS / PHP / PostgreSQL.
