Quotation Management & CRM Integration System (Health Food OEM)

The company's OEM contract manufacturing quotation process relied on Excel, and cost calculations—which vary by raw material/packaging composition and yield for each product—depended on individual staff knowledge. In addition, the CRM (Salesforce) used to manage deals and customer information was disconnected from quotation data, leading to duplicate data entry, transcription errors, and inconsistent quotation accuracy.

We built "SOE," a business system dedicated to quotation management, unifying quotation headers, quotations, prototype requests, orders, master data management, and approval workflows.

• Designed so raw material information (fill solution / shell solution) and packaging information are managed through linked master data, allowing formulation amounts, yield, manufacturers, and suppliers to be handled on a single screen.
• Implemented cost calculation logic specialized for soft-gel capsule manufacturing (automatically calculating cost from input quantity, output yield, and various yield rates).
• Integrated with Salesforce (CRM) to unify product master data, customer information, and quotations—eliminating reliance on Excel.
• Supports quotation output for both domestic and overseas use, and systematized the internal workflow from approval request through approval.

Since the initial build in 2018, we have continued operation, maintenance, and feature additions (change requests).

It has been part of the Towa Pharmaceutical Group since 2022.
