Launch of the First OKR Cycle

OKR (Objective Key Result – OKR) [Objective and Key Result Management] is a goal-management method that links business objectives with the degree of achievement, clarifying the direction the team is heading.

Building on the success of the Q4 2021 OKR, the Q1 2022 OKR was set with the goal of first strengthening the area of [Quality] — driven by Miichisoft staff's shared desire to "improve product quality" — and turning it into a strength of the company.

On February 11, the Q1 2022 OKR was officially announced.

️ O - Objective: "First, cultivate the fundamental mindset of each individual employee"

• KR1: All staff in the development department receive training on the software development process and open project documentation
• KR 2: All development department staff receive training on quality standards and Git Flow, and documents are digitized
• KR 3: All staff understand the intent of the project
• KR 4: 50% of staff work to improve quality
