One of the key highlights was the participation of CEO Vu Hong Cong as a guest speaker at the seminar “What Do Students Need in the Age of AI?” organized by Hanoi University of Science and Technology. As an HEDSPI alumnus and the current CEO of Miichisoft, Mr. Cong shared practical insights on the opportunities, challenges, and essential skills students need to stay ahead in the GenAI era.
In addition, Miichisoft successfully hosted the online talk show “BrSE in the GenAI Era – Evolve or Be Left Behind?”, creating a space for open discussion between experts and the bridge engineer (BrSE) community. The event attracted strong interest, especially from young professionals pursuing a career in BrSE and eager to keep pace with the rapid growth of AI. This initiative reflects Miichisoft’s ongoing commitment to supporting tech talent in adapting and growing sustainably in the new era.
Beyond knowledge-sharing efforts, Miichisoft was also honored to contribute, alongside other businesses in the HEDSPI Alumni network, to the groundbreaking ceremony of the Vietnam-Japan Space project. Among them, the program “MIICHI DIỆU KỲ 2025”, held in celebration of International Children’s Day, created a warm and joyful atmosphere for the children of Miichisoft employees. Laughter, thoughtful gifts, and heartfelt preparation made the event more than just a celebration for the little ones but also a sincere thank-you to the families who always stand behind our team.
On the last Friday of June, Miichisoft’s Happy Fridey! program brought a warm and refreshing experience to all employees.
The day started with “Breakfast with Miichilin”, where Miichiers came together to enjoy freshly made Đò Quan bread, coffee, and matcha latte, which were lovingly prepared by Miichiers. More than just a hearty breakfast, the event reflected Miichisoft’s genuine care for each team member and its commitment to building a happy workplace, where each day begins with connection and kindness.
In the afternoon, the program continued with a relaxing neck-shoulder massage session right in the office, delivered by experienced professionals. Organized in collaboration with the company’s labor union, this activity offered employees a chance to release stress after a busy week and affirmed Miichisoft’s dedication to caring for both the physical and mental well-being of our employees.
The BOD Sharing session, themed “What Should We Do in the Age of AI?” opened up a space for strategic reflection, where company leaders shared their views on applying AI in a proactive, human-centered, and sustainable way. It was also a valuable moment for all team members to reflect on the role of technology in shaping the future, both for the company and for their own personal growth.
