    • Bridge SE (BrSE) is a human resource connecting Japanese clients and software engineers in Vietnam. They act as a bridge to bring the project to development following the requirements and wishes of the clients. In most cases, they have a Japanese level of N2 or higher. At Miichisoft, the BrSE team has up to 30% of employees who have lived and worked in Japan, we ensure that we can easily understand the wishes of our clients, and effectively manage projects with them.

    • You can use Offshore from any stage of the project.
      In the past, when talking about pure offshore, people would think of the development stage (programming／coding) onwards. However, recently, because the proficiency of Vietnamese human resources has increased quite high along with the increasing demand for the design of clients, it requires higher and more comprehensive service provision.     • The QA team joins in after the design documentation is complete to start testing and writing test documentation. The QA team also participates in testing with completed project functions to speed up the development and quality of the project.

      - International Worker’s Day (May 1st in the Gregorian calendar): 1 day;
      - National Day: 2 days (September 2nd in the Gregorian calendar and one adjacent day);
      - Hung Kings Commemoration Day: 1 day (the 10th day of the third lunar month).
      During these holidays, Miichisoft Japan will not follow the official holiday schedule of the Vietnamese government. The above dates are tentative, and the official holiday schedule will be announced by Miichisoft to customers for each event.

    • There is a 2-hour time difference between Vietnam’s ICT and Japan’s JST. Japan is 2 hours ahead of Vietnam.

      For example, the working hours of Miichisoft Vietnam’s headquarters are from 8:30 VNT = 10:30 JPT. However, the working hours of the Miichisoft Japan branch are 30 minutes earlier than the Miichisoft Vietnam headquarters, at 10:00 JPT.

      During these holidays, Miichisoft Japan will not follow the official holiday schedule of the Vietnamese government. The above dates are tentative, and the official holiday schedule will be announced by Miichisoft to customers for each event.

    • There is a 2-hour time difference between Vietnam’s ICT and Japan’s JST. Japan is 2 hours ahead of Vietnam.

      For example, the working hours of Miichisoft Vietnam’s headquarters are from 8:30 VNT = 10:30 JPT. However, the working hours of the Miichisoft Japan branch are 30 minutes earlier than the Miichisoft Vietnam headquarters, at 10:00 JPT.
