Greetings from the President

Before becoming the CEO of Miichisoft, I had nearly ten years of experience in the offshore field. After graduating from university in Vietnam, I had the opportunity to live and work in Japan for a while. In Japan, I learned a lot of lessons about the working spirit as well as the professionalism of the Japanese people.

- Desire
Returning to Vietnam in 2015, with youth and desire, I and my friends opened a company for the first time with the desire to quickly apply the acquired knowledge. However, due to a lack of experience, after one year, I closed this business. After that, I decided to work as a manager for a large company to gain experience.
- Established
After a period of accumulated experience, in 2018 I decided to establish Miichisoft with my friends to make my dream come true.

I realized an existing problem that any outsourcing/offshore business has. That is:
- The quality offered is still not high
I have many friends who are working and living in Japan. The common feature is that after coming to Japan, their performance is outstanding and brings a lot of value to the company. I also worked in Japan for a while and realized that Vietnamese people’s abilities are excellent but lack a good development environment and mindset.
It is a pity that the Vietnamese market has not paid much attention to the reasoning and thinking skills of employees. The values provided to customers are still low, just revolving around doing the job as required. First, we need to change their mindset and working methods.
But in my position at that period, I did not have a chance to solve the above problems. So I decided to do my own business to solve three things I have always wondered about.

Miichisoft was officially established in April 2018 to provide high-quality service by overcoming the mistakes and shortcomings common in the technology industry in the past.
Miichisoft - Meaning of origin of company name
Miichisoft is a name made up of two words, "Mirai Ichiban" and "Software", which means that Miichisoft will become the No. 1 company that provides the best software solution services to our customers in Vietnam in the future. Miichisoft will support you from new project ideas, and implementation to maintenance.

- Building a consulting team in Japan to perfect Miichisoft's one-stop service
- From 2021 to now
- Establishing a Solution department to accumulate existing know-how. Customers optimize costs in terms of money and time because Miichisoft will provide the most optimal solutions and services available.
- Building a product development department to create new products. Towards the goal of not just stopping at pure outsourcing, Miichisoft wants to bring more value to customers.
- Building a specialized training department, focusing on mindset training, and soft-skill accounting for 50% of the training time, combined with reputable training organizations to improve personnel capacity
- Bringing automatic quality assessment systems to standardize processes and standardize quality most optimally.
Consulting services through partnerships with professional companies

We cooperated with Japanese enterprise DeltaWin Consulting - specializing in business consulting to improve Miichisoft's consulting ability, and bring better solutions to customers.
- 2022
We signed a training agreement between FUNiX and Fresher (FUNiX is one of the education businesses promoted by FPT, Vietnam's largest IT company).
- 2023
We signed a cooperation agreement with a team of Japanese technology experts, improving consulting ability, and providing high-quality solutions for customers.

Strengthen cooperation programs with Japanese enterprises in various domains, providing comprehensive consulting solutions.
