Meet Nguyen Doan Nhan, Miichisoft's AWS Trainer

Anyone who has worked with Nguyen Doan Nhan at Miichisoft knows him as a hardworking and proactive person, and highly values his dedication to his work. Nhan believes that, no matter what position you hold, you always need to keep learning and keep striving.

In addition to designing solutions and successfully supporting numerous AWS projects, he also set up a training team at Miichisoft to help employees prepare for AWS certification exams.

Through his own hard work, Nhan earned two AWS certifications: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and AWS Certified Solutions Architect. To everyone's delight, in Miichisoft's first round of AWS certification exams in 2022, all four employees who took the exam passed with impressive scores.

What motivated you to set up the training team?

What challenges did you face during the training?
