Information security and quality management are top priorities at Miichisoft. As a technology company, we know how vital it is to standardize our systems and protect customer data while delivering top service, aiming to be a trusted tech partner.

Since earning ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification in 2020, we undergo an annual audit by D.A.S. Miichiers always follow certification policy and keep studying for each yearly audit.

We also run a quarterly “Information Security Test,” mandatory for all staff, who must score at least 27/30. If needed, they may retake it up to 2 times under strict supervision.

Applying ISO standards and this regular review process reflect our wish to give customers the best experience, built on the unity of the board and every department.
