Miichisoft In-House Seminar: DEV≠DEV — A Moment of Laughter and Learning!

On the afternoon of June 7, 2024, Miichisoft held its in-house training program “Internal Seminar: DEV≠DEV? You Can’t Judge by Appearances!”, welcoming speaker Trinh Ha My (IT meme).

Our guest speaker, Trinh Ha My (IT meme), brings impressive experience and achievements. She majored in Software Engineering at FPT University, currently works as a middleware engineer at Otani U.P, and is pursuing a master’s degree in Information Technology at FSB Graduate School of Technology. She is also a co-founder of the “IT Code Mely” community and the “Dev ơi mình đi đâu thế?” community, and runs the TikTok channel “IT meme” with around 70,000 followers. Beyond sharing insights on personal branding, My hopes to share the lives and stories of women in IT who defy convention.
During this valuable session, all participants deepened their understanding of engaging and insightful topics through dialogue with the speaker. Lively discussions covered the “Ikigai” model for envisioning one’s career future, soft skills essential in the IT industry, and building a personal brand.

Participants included trainees from Miichisoft’s 5th Talent Trainee Program (MIT5) as well as employees, and the event was filled with a warm, friendly atmosphere throughout. It was a wonderful day full of fun and valuable learning.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to speaker Trinh Ha My and everyone at Miichisoft for creating this wonderful opportunity.

Through seminars like this one, Miichisoft is committed to developing business skills and the right mindset, striving to nurture high-quality talent. It was also an opportunity to showcase the depth of our training programs to colleagues both inside and outside the company.
