August 2025, Miichisoft shared national pride through a variety of activities celebrating Vietnam's 80th National Founding Anniversary. This was more than just a commemorative event — it was also a valuable chance to look back on our 7-year journey of challenges and bringing Vietnamese technology to the world. Talent Development: Strengthening Security and Building Product Thinking in the AI Era

One of August's major initiatives was a workshop for all staff and management, "PRIVATE PRO, Responsibility for Information Security."It was led by Vu Le Hoang, Head of Security, who explained common vulnerabilities and risks and how to practice effective data protection.

The group discussion that followed focused on information security amid growing AI use. On the topic "How Should We Use AI Safely?," VU HONG CONG (Miichisoft CEO)andPham Van Hai (Miichisoft Solution CEO)also joined, sharing a leadership perspective on balancing technology use with data safety. Also, Nguyen Ha Thanh (Miichisoft CTO)drew on experience from many projects to emphasize: "We can't stop using AI. But we must ensure data safety by operating it based on our internal security principles." In addition, at the BOD sharing session, Hoang Trong Cu (COO) gave a talk on "Product Thinking for IT Engineers in the AI Era," noting that while AI handles simple tasks, an engineer's real value lies in solving complex problems — which calls for product thinking to understand the business context and grasp customer needs accurately.

Celebrating National Day, Bringing Vietnamese Culture Into the Workplace

In August, Vietnam's 80th National Founding Anniversary was celebrated with the office decorated in the national colors, filled with pride and excitement.

Also, the internal eventHappy Fridey was held around the theme of "cooperatives" — a symbol of Vietnam's traditional values of solidarity and mutual support. Staff shared meals in a warm atmosphere and bonded like one big family, a moment to appreciate that these 7 years of success came from everyone's unity and effort.

In addition, an afternoon tea was also held, where staff enjoyed refreshing drinks and mini-games together. These events, made possible by the internal communications team, vividly showcased Miichisoft's culture of embodying Vietnamese values.

At this milestone of the 80th National Founding Anniversary, we looked back on Miichisoft's 7-year journey. From our small first steps at founding, we have worked with clients including Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the US, successfully completing over 200 projects together — proof that Vietnamese technical capability is recognized around the world.
