ISO 9001:2015 & ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Certification Preparation Begins
ISO (International Organization for Standardization — known in Japanese as Kokusai Hyojunka Kiko) is an independent organization made up of 164 national standards bodies, formed to promote worldwide mutual support through international standards.(ISO 9001:2015)
ISO standards help create safe, reliable, high-quality products and services, minimize defective products, and improve productivity.
ISO standards are also the foundation for building trust between partners, and between suppliers and consumers.
Building on this, Miichisoft has also set a goal of obtaining ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security) certification, adjusting company-wide business processes to enhance the Miichisoft brand and increase customer trust.
Around May 18, 2020, Miichisoft signed a contract with quality and technology consulting firm IDAS Co., Ltd., and has been receiving consulting on proper policies while working toward ISO certification.
