As announced in our previous post, in Q1 2022 Miichisoft continued rolling out OKRs, working to improve team capability and standardize documentation in order to deliver the best possible experience to our customers.

Details of Miichisoft's Q1 2022 OKRs

• KR1 and KR2 play a role in standardizing the company's professional documentation. By implementing KR1 and KR2 at the same time, every team member can clearly understand important content, allowing work to proceed smoothly and according to procedure.
• For KR3, in order for projects to be executed on schedule while ensuring quality, it is essential that every project member receives timely information and understands the project's status. If the KR3 initiative succeeds, the quality of the company's products will undoubtedly improve significantly.
• Beyond objective factors, this last item also involves subjective factors on the HR side. KR4 is expected to raise employees' awareness of improving product quality.
