On July 12th, Miichisoft Vietnam had the honor of welcoming advisor Yamamoto during his week-long business trip to Vietnam. This brief yet meaningful visit brought significant value to our company.
In the morning, Mr. Yamamoto had a cordial meeting with the Board of Directors and key members of the Marketing and Sales teams.
He delved into topics such as business development roadmap, target customer characteristics, and especially the effective coordination between Marketing and Sales teams. These insights were not merely theoretical but were distilled from Mr. Yamamoto’s over 25 years of experience in leading global companies. These shared experiences serve as solid guidance to help the company achieve its KPI targets and work towards long-term goals for the 2024-2028 period.
Mr. Yamamoto’s visit not only provided precious strategic direction but also strongly inspired all employees. We are immensely grateful for his contributions and will strive our best to thoroughly apply the knowledge gained to our daily work.
