Now, let’s “dive into” the office of Division X!
First, let’s meet Ms. Tran Thi Hong, who holds the position of Tester. Hong is a lovely, gentle, and cheerful young woman. While she may appear delicate, she is serious and full of inner strength. This is why she can meticulously identify every bug!
“When I actually held the award in my hands, I was both surprised and happy. This award will be a part of my motivation to strive even harder in the next six months!” Hong shared.
The working secret that Hồng strongly believes in is: “Setting small goals and prioritizing them. And don’t forget to always keep a positive energy and have confidence in yourself!”
Next, let’s meet Mr. Nguyen Huu Long. As a Bridge SE, acting as a liaison between customers and the team, Long has had his fair share of “challenging adventures,” and after overcoming those trials, he has become one of Miichisoft’s outstanding “diplomats”!
Receiving the Best Performers of Miichisoft award, Long smiled and said, “I don’t see this as my Best Performance but rather the team’s achievement! Many people around me work even harder, so receiving this title makes me feel like I need to try even more, haha”
Long shared some of his strategies for working: “Maintaining the quality of customer products is very important, but it’s also essential to allow the internal team to maximize their performance. So instead of always rushing deadlines, I believe it’s crucial to adjust and allow enough time to review our products. These are the necessary tasks of a PM.”
