Before becoming the CEO of Miichisoft, I had nearly ten years of experience in the offshore field. After graduating from university in Vietnam, I had the opportunity to live and work in Japan for a time, where I gained invaluable lessons on the work ethic and professionalism of the Japanese people.

- Desire
In 2015, I returned to Vietnam with youthful energy and a strong desire to apply the knowledge that I had acquired. Together with my friends, I started my first company, eager to make an impact. However, due to a lack of experience, I had to close the business after a year. This setback led me to work as a manager at a large company to gain experience.

After gaining valuable experience, in 2018, I decided to establish Miichisoft with my friends, turning my dream into reality.

During my time as a manager, I came to realize a common issue that many outsourcing and offshore businesses face:
- The quality of services offered still falls short of expectations.
I have many friends who are working and living in Japan. The common feature is that after coming to Japan, their performance is outstanding and brings a lot of value to the company. I also worked in Japan for a while and realized that Vietnamese people’s abilities are excellent but lack a good development environment and mindset.
It is a pity that the Vietnamese market has not paid much attention to the reasoning and thinking skills of employees. The values provided to customers are still low, just revolving around doing the job as required. First, we need to change their mindset and working methods.

However, at that time, I wasn't in a position to resolve these challenges. This led me to take the step of starting my own business, with the goal of tackling three key issues that had always been on my mind.

Miichisoft was officially established in April 2018 to provide high-quality service by overcoming the mistakes and shortcomings common in the technology industry in the past.
Miichisoft - Meaning of origin of company name
Miichisoft is derived from two key terms: 'Mirai Ichiban' (meaning 'Number One Future') and 'Software.' This reflects our commitment to becoming the leading provider of top-quality software solutions in Vietnam. We support our clients throughout the entire process, from the initial project concept and implementation to ongoing maintenance.

- Accelerating the establishment of a Japanese team, aiming to reach 20 members by 2025. This expansion will facilitate smoother communication with customers and ensure the implementation team captures and understands customer ideas.
- Developing a consulting team in Japan to enhance Miichisoft's one-stop service.
- From 2021 to now
- Establishing a Solution Department to consolidate existing know-how. This allows Miichisoft to provide customers with the most optimal solutions and services, helping them save both time and money.
- Building a Product Development Department to create innovative products. Miichisoft aims to go beyond traditional outsourcing, striving to deliver greater value to customers.
- Establishing a dedicated training department that emphasizes mindset development and soft skills, which account for 50% of the training focus. Collaborating with reputable training organizations to enhance staff capabilities.
- Bringing automatic quality assessment systems to optimize process standardization and ensure the highest level of quality consistency.


Consulting services in collaboration with leading professional firms

We partnered with DeltaWin Consulting, a Japanese firm specializing in business consulting, to enhance Miichisoft's consulting capabilities and deliver superior solutions to our customers.
- 2022
We established a training partnership with FUNiX, an education initiative under FPT—Vietnam's largest IT corporation—to support the development of Fresher talent.
- 2023
We signed a strategic agreement with a team of Japanese technology experts to elevate our consulting expertise and deliver high-quality, tailored solutions to our clients.

Strengthen cooperation programs with Japanese enterprises in various domains, providing comprehensive consulting solutions.
