The BOD Sharing session in August marked another successful gathering for Miichisoft, taking place at the beginning of the month. At the beginning of the BOD sharing session, we took a moment to reflect on several exciting initiatives from July. We reviewed events such as Happy Friday, the Than Co Billard Event, various Project Management training sessions, and comprehensive project overviews. These programs were not only enjoyable but also instrumental in enhancing our team’s skills and knowledge.

A significant highlight of the session was the insightful presentation by Miichisoft’s Chief Delivery Officer (CDO), Mr. Nguyen Ha Tan. He shared valuable perspectives on the theme “PDCA in Miichisoft,” which stands for Plan-Do-Check-Act. Mr. Tan emphasized that PDCA is not solely applicable to projects but should also be integrated into each individual’s daily work routine. By adopting this methodology, employees can enhance their productivity and contribute to the sustainable growth of the company. His insights inspired many to reflect on their work processes and consider how they can implement PDCA to achieve better outcomes.
