One of the most delightful highlights of May was the official launch of Miichisoft’s brand mascot, Mii. With a friendly, modern, and endearing design, Mii is not just a communication symbol, but a reflection of our forward – looking, innovative spirit.

Mii will accompany us through internal events, branding activities, and customer engagement, helping to bring Miichisoft’s culture to life in a relatable and professional way. This launch also marks our transformation from a traditional outsourcing company into a provider of practical technology and AI solutions.

Building a Supportive Workplace

That’s why each month, we organize “BOD Sharing” – an open dialogue session between the leadership and the entire staff to enhance mutual understanding and alignment.

In May, the session was led by our CDO, Mr. Tan, with the theme: “Using Data as the Foundation for Decision – Making.” Together with our production teams, he shared how to analyze and apply data from project management platforms. He emphasized that “data is not merely for managing people, but for predicting future trends and making accurate decisions.”

Alongside professional growth, Miichisoft also values relaxation and connection. Our monthly appreciation event, “Happy Friday,” brought colleagues together over the rich flavors of Central Vietnamese cuisine, creating a warm space to connect and reflect on our achievements.

Additionally, the 6th season of the annual “Miichisoft Talent Trainees” program concluded a meaningful two – month journey. Guided by experienced mentors, our interns were equipped with in – depth practical skills and contributed to key internal projects. We hope this experience becomes a strong foundation for these young talents as they advance in the tech industry.

Contributing to the Community

Miichisoft aims to foster a culture where every employee walks hand – in – hand with the community. Our internal charity group, Miichi Kind, recently prepared gifts and contributed medical support for children undergoing treatment at the National Children’s Hospital. Additionally, our team partnered with the charity group to deliver essential supplies to the homeless in Hanoi.
