On March 29, 2025, at Swan Lake Park, Ecopark, Hanoi, Miichisoft held a special team-building event under the theme “Miichisoft’s 7th Anniversary Team Building – Strength – Timing – Leadership – ARMII 7.” This milestone marks seven years of growth, success, and challenges for Miichisoft.

The event adopted a military-inspired concept, “ARMII”, a fusion of “Army” and “Miichisoft” (MII). ARMII represents not only discipline, unity, and resilience like a real army but also the strong connection among Miichisoft members.
Over 80 Miichisoft employees took part in a series of intense challenges across three main stages: Strength, Timing, and Leadership. The first stage required teams to work in sync, emphasizing teamwork and mutual understanding. The second stage tested their ability to act swiftly and make timely decisions, showcasing adaptability in a fast-changing environment. Finally, in the last stage, teams had to demonstrate leadership skills and strategic thinking to guide their team to victory.
The entire company was divided into four teams, competing fiercely yet fairly. The challenges were not just about physical strength but also quick thinking, teamwork, and perseverance. After an exhilarating competition, Team 2 emerged as the overall champion, proving their strong teamwork and smart tactics.

Team 2 secured first place, Team 4 came in second, while Teams 1 and 3 shared third place.
