Career Summary
IT system development
In 2001, Yamada began his career as a co-investor in an IT system development company (a website production company at the time). He quickly demonstrated outstanding abilities in the field of information technology.
In 2018, he was in charge of a training program for Super Science High Schools (high schools that focus on science, technology, science, and mathematics education) as a training instructor and facilitator on cutting-edge technology.
Corporate Training
Mr. Yamada’s many years of experience and outstanding achievements have brought him invitations from many related organizations and groups. In 2022, he expanded his activities to the corporate training field, including serving as a lecturer for the Kochi Prefecture DX Basic Course for Next-Generation Leaders. In the same year, Mr. Yamada founded a business process improvement consulting company. He currently works as a lecturer and facilitator for DX courses for major companies.
