Maintenance reservation management system

Project Overview

This is a reservation management system in the construction field; applied to each building construction unit to manage maintenance reservations. It has been successfully developed and put into practical use in over 100 apartment complexes in Japan. This system is for four user groups with functional clusters. ・System admin (manage all company information)

・Contractor (manages company information such as building information and schedules)

・Maintenance company (receives reservation schedules from contractors; performs regular maintenance; and records work schedules)

・Home user (makes reservations and edits)

This ensures that building maintenance is done on time and ensures the safety of the occupants inside the building.
