On October 27, 2025, Miichisoft successfully hosted its very first Café BOD program under the theme “Connecting Vision – Moving Forward Together.” The event marked an important milestone in strengthening internal engagement, creating an open platform where the Board of Directors and employees could share perspectives, align on vision, and discuss Miichisoft’s development directions for the upcoming period. 

Cafe BOD: Where Vision is Shared and Voices are Heard 

Café BOD was designed as an interactive two-way dialogue, where the Board of Directors and selected outstanding employees gathered to exchange ideas and openly discuss key topics shaping the company’s strategy and operations. 

Unlike formal meetings or conventional briefings, Café BOD fostered a professional atmosphere, encouraging participants to share opinions, raise questions, and express their thoughts on Miichisoft’s growth and direction.

From the management side, discussions and responses were shared with clarity, sincerity, and transparency. This reflected the leadership’s willingness to listen and accompany employees through every stage of change.

The conversation covered several important themes, including employee training and evaluation, corporate culture development, market and customer orientation, and especially the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance work efficiency and product quality. These open exchanges helped employees gain a clearer understanding of the company’s long-term vision while inspiring new ideas and initiatives for Miichisoft’s continued growth.
