October Event Recap: A Month Full of Activities
In the first part of November BOD Sharing Event, Miichisoft’s employees took a look back on the meaningful activities organized in October.
To celebrate Vietnamese Women’s Day on October 20, Miichisoft, especially Miichisoft Men, held a special event for all female employees. This celebration was a show of appreciation for their dedication and contributions to the development of Miichisoft. It also embodied our commitment to fostering “happiness for employees” and reflected the culture of our corporation. At Miichisoft, we prioritize not only business success but also cultivating an environment where every employee feels inspired and motivated to thrive in their daily work.
In October, Miichisoft welcomed Mr. Yamada, our esteemed advisor in the Digital Transformation (DX) field, to our Vietnam office. His visit featured discussions about the October 30 webinar and included exploring some of Vietnam’s vibrant attractions. This visit was a great opportunity to strengthen the bond between Miichisoft and our advisory team.
With the support of Mr. Yamada, on October 30, Miichisoft successfully held a webinar titled “Can In-House Development Cut Costs? How the Hybrid & BOT Model Solves the Problem”. Nineteen participants joined the event, with a lively Q&A session showcasing their strong engagement and interest in the challenges of in-house development. This webinar was also a testament to Miichisoft’s progress in the DX field, motivating us to organize many more insightful events in the future.
Additionally, Miichisoft held a networking event with BEETSOFT, providing an excellent opportunity to strengthen our collaborative ties.
November BOD Sharing – Personal Life Map
In the second part of the November BOD Sharing, Mr. Cong shared fresh insights from his latest business trip to Japan. In his speech, he highlighted growth opportunities for Miichisoft in light of the world’s changes, both economic and political. He emphasized that “proactivity” is the key to personal development and encouraged employees to approach their work with proactivity and initiative.
In addition, in this November BOD Sharing, Mr. Cong introduced Franklin Covey’s “Personal Life Map,” based on “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People,” which resonated with many employees. He stressed the importance of continuously learning and challenging oneself to become one’s “best self.” In today’s constantly changing world, he encouraged Miichisoft employees to adopt this practice to unlock their potential.
