On the morning of March 3, 2025, Miichisoft held the opening ceremony for the MIICHISOFT’S TALENT TRAINEES—Season 6 (MIT6) program in a dynamic and enthusiastic atmosphere. This marks the sixth season of the company’s internship program, which aims to develop young talent for Vietnam’s IT industry.

The event started with a speech from Miichisoft’s board of directors, highlighting the important role of the Miichisoft’s talent trainees program in developing a high-quality young workforce. Next, the trainees were introduced to an overview of the program, the training roadmap, and the promising career opportunities available after completing the internship.
The most notable moment of the event was an inspiring speech by Mr. Hoang Trong Cu, COO of Miichisoft, on corporate culture and vision. What is the difference in Miichisoft’s Talent Trainees season 6
Miichisoft’s Talent Trainee Program is organized annually to identify and nurture young talents in programming and software testing. Beyond technical skill development, the program also focuses on equipping trainees with essential soft skills, helping them gain confidence in a professional work environment.
However, delivering a high-quality product requires more than just technical skills—it also depends on seamless collaboration between teams and clients. Recognizing this, Miichisoft has expanded its training program to include Bridge System Engineer (Bridge SE) trainees. The company hopes to cultivate more talents in client communication, ensuring smooth workflows and delivering products that meet customer expectations.
