Miichisoft Internship Program (MIT5)- Awards Ceremony

On July 12, 2024, the closing and awards ceremony for the 5th Miichisoft Internship Program (Miichisoft Talent Trainees 5) was held at Miichisoft office. Company department heads from various divisions, the mentor team, and the MIT5 interns all attended the ceremony.

Throughout the two-month Miichisoft internship program, the interns created many wonderful memories. Moreover, they had the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and improve their skills and abilities. After 2 months of working under the guidance of mentors, and managers, each of them has learned different lessons.

This ceremony reflected on the interns’ journey with Miichisoft and celebrated their achievements. The main activities of the program included greetings from company executives, recognition and expressions of gratitude to the mentor team, and awards and expressions of gratitude to the interns.

After rigorous capability evaluations and thorough training, the selection committee chose a list of the most talented interns. They would receive scholarships and become full-time employees at Miichisoft. Miichisoft hopes that these young talents will continue maintaining their beliefs, energy, and spirit of continuous learning as they grow together with the company.
