Strengthening Customer Relations and Showcasing Technological Capabilities

In July, Miichisoft had the great honor of welcoming long-term client Novel Works and advisor Kondou Masatoshi to our Hanoi office. This visit was not only an opportunity to review our collaborative journey but also a chance to strengthen our close partnership and discuss future development directions.

We were also honored to host the evaluation team from the “Top 10 ICT Companies in Vietnam 2025” program organized by VINASA. During the working session, we shared our core competencies, product development strategies, and outstanding achievements in both domestic and international markets. This was a valuable opportunity for Miichisoft to demonstrate its capabilities and receive objective feedback to refine our growth strategies for the next phase.

Another major milestone in July was when our solution, Secure Meet AI+, passed the first round and advanced to the second round of the Vietnam AI Awards 2025. This achievement not only reaffirms Miichisoft’s technological prowess but also reflects the innovation and market potential of our solutions in both Vietnam and international markets.

Notably, Miichisoft officially launched a new website with a modern, user-friendly, and professional interface. This redesign represents a strategic step – not just a visual upgrade – as Miichisoft transitions from a traditional outsourcing firm to a comprehensive technology solution provider, offering tailored consulting, design, and implementation services for various business needs.

We hope that these efforts will not only strengthen long-term partnerships with our clients but also reaffirm Miichisoft’s commitment to creating technology solutions that support each enterprise’s long-term growth goals.

Internal Engagement and Development

July also marked the return of our BOD Sharing sessions – a regular knowledge-sharing series hosted by Miichisoft’s leadership team. This time, the session was led by Mr. Hoang Van Sinh, a seasoned BrSE and Project Manager with deep experience in the Japanese market. With the theme “Leadership”, Mr. Sinh offered practical insights and clearly distinguished between “management” and “leadership.” The session helped our team enhance leadership thinking and improve essential soft skills for working with clients.

Additionally, our internal “Happy Fridey” event returned with the theme of Vietnamese cuisine, featuring the traditional Thanh Tri steamed rice rolls. Alongside the culinary experience, the “Let’s Billiards!” activity created a fun, social space that fostered bonding across departments. Both activities not only strengthened team cohesion but also allowed individuals to express their personalities and talents in an open and relaxed environment.

The month ended on an emotional note with our “Employee Milestone Recognition” event – where Miichisoft honored dedicated team members who have contributed greatly to the company’s growth. We sincerely thank each individual for being part of this journey. Looking ahead, Miichisoft remains committed to building a professional, connected, and opportunity-rich work environment for all.

Sharing and Social Responsibility

Continuing our mission to spread happiness to society, Miichisoft actively participated in several meaningful charitable activities. With strong support from our internal team, the blood donation campaign “Giọt hồng Miichi” (Miichi’s Crimson Drop) was a success, bringing life-saving hope to patients in need and promoting a culture of compassion.

On the evening of July 29, Miichisoft members took part in the “Loving Journey” program, personally delivering warm gifts to underprivileged residents in Hanoi. Although a side activity, the event received enthusiastic support from our team. Miichisoft hopes to have more opportunities in the future to extend kindness even further.

Alongside these charitable efforts, Miichisoft also invests in youth development through career orientation programs. On July 28, Miichisoft CEO Mr. Vu Hong Cong participated in a university admission counseling session hosted by the School of Information and Communication Technology (SoICT), Hanoi University of Science and Technology. As an alumnus and tech entrepreneur, he shared his startup journey, work experiences in the Japanese market, and career insights in the IT field, inspiring students and helping them find a clear direction.
