On July 12th, Miichisoft Vietnam had the honor of welcoming Advisor Yamamoto during his week-long business trip to Vietnam.
In the morning, Mr. Yamamoto had a cordial meeting with the Board of Directors and key members of the Marketing and Sales teams. Following this, he dedicated time to sharing valuable experiences and AI potential through a meaningful training session.
However, the main highlight of the day was the internal seminar held in the afternoon. Here, Mr. Yamamoto took on the role of host to share with all Miichisoft employees from various departments including HR, Code, IT, BrSE, QA, and Testers. He talked about the AI landscape in Japan and worldwide. He also presented insightful views on the AI potential in the near future.
After the informative sharing session, the seminar transitioned to a teamwork activity solving case studies. Mr.Yamamoto divided participants into two groups with representatives from all departments, simulating a small company. He assigned each team to conduct a case study. This, in fact, helped them gain a deeper understanding of the potential of AI and how AI could be applied to a company’s operations across all departments.
Through this creative and thought-provoking activity, company members had the opportunity to better understand how to use AI to accelerate progress and enhance work quality in customer projects. Notably, many felt excited about discovering new potentials of AI that they had never considered before.
Mr. Yamamoto’s visit not only brought valuable strategic directions but also strongly inspired all employees. We are immensely grateful for his contributions and commit to thoroughly applying the knowledge gained in our daily work.
