About the Miichisoft Talent Trainee (MIT) Program

Miichisoft Talent Trainee (MIT) is an annual internship program organized by Miichisoft, aiming to identify and nurture young talents with potential in the field of information technology. Lasting for 2 months, the program provides final-year students or recent graduates the opportunity to experience a professional working environment, learn directly from experienced mentors, and get familiar with the real software development processes applied in the company.

MIT is not just an ordinary internship program but a comprehensive development journey covering technical knowledge, soft skills, and professional mindset – essential foundations for sustainable growth in the technology sector.

Looking Back on a Remarkable 2-Month Journey

After two months together, MIT6 has left a lasting impression on all participants. Under the dedicated guidance of our mentors, the trainees were not only exposed to practical knowledge but also had the opportunity to work directly on internal projects. Throughout this experience, they developed essential skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, and professional communication – key competencies for building a successful career in the tech industry.
