On September 9th, 2024, Miichisoft Vietnam organized a regular BOD Sharing event focusing on the topic “Applying Amazon Web Services (AWS) in information security”. Additionally, this was also an opportunity for Miichisoft members to have a brief review of the achievements of the internal charity run, RUN FOR LOVE. All the employees of Miichisoft attended this event.
BOD Sharing Event – AWS In Information Security At Miichisoft
Throughout the BOD sharing event, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Thanh, sub-division manager at Miichisoft, shared valuable insights and knowledge about information security and resource management in today’s technology-driven landscape. Besides, he also explained the important role of AWS in enhancing the information security capacity of Miichisoft.
In fact, AWS provides a variety of security tools and services, including data encryption, key management, and monitoring functionality. These features allow businesses to detect potential threats early. For Miichisoft, AWS will be an effective solution to protect not only the company’s data but also customer information, a key factor in business operations.
According to Mr. Thanh, Miichisoft has implemented an account management system for each project. Through AWS, we can manage the account of the project separately, ensuring efficient resource allocation and access control between teams. This minimizes security risks associated with shared resources or accounts.
Additionally, Miichisoft has established a mechanism for regularly monitoring and controlling account access. This allows for the addition, removal, or adjustment of access rights, and all these actions are clearly recorded and monitored. Thanks to this, only authorized personnel can access project information and all unauthorized intrusions will be prevented.
With Miichisoft, the security of customer assets is paramount at every stage of a project. AWS is an effective tool for safeguarding and securely storing customer information and data before, during, and after project completion.
Mr. Thanh not only discussed the theoretical aspects but also provided practical scenarios and examples, helping Miichisoft employees gain a better understanding of how to implement AWS securely and effectively.
BOD Sharing Event – RUN FOR LOVE Charity Run
During the BOD Sharing event, all the employees spent time looking back on several memorable activities last month. The highlight was the internal charity run, RUN4LOVE – Run for Love. Throughout one month of competition, all participants achieved a distance of 3,260 km. The event also honored individuals and teams with outstanding achievements, recognizing the efforts of the Miichi Runners community.
