Technology Milestone: Secure Meet AI+
The second quarter of 2025 marked a significant turning point in Miichisoft’s 2025 journey with the official launch of Secure Meet AI+, an AI-powered assistant for internal meetings. This product features voice recognition, automatic meeting minutes generation, key point extraction, and next-action suggestions.
Thanks to its high practicality, the solution advanced to the second round of the Vietnam AI Awards 2025, organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam. Furthermore, the product has been adopted by numerous Japanese enterprises, a market known for its stringent security standards.
This achievement clearly demonstrates Miichisoft’s sustainable technology research and development capabilities.

Social Contributions and Investing in the Next Generation
Miichisoft’s 2025 journey also left a significant mark on our mission “Happy For Society”.
Guided by the principle of “nurturing young talent,” we participated in career seminars hosted by Hanoi University of Science and Technology and contributed to the construction of a Japan-Vietnam friendship facility at the university.
We also successfully organized numerous volunteer activities, including “Journey of Love,” a nighttime relief program for homeless people in Hanoi, donations of clothing and books to children in mountainous areas, quarterly blood donation drives, etc.
Most notably, our largest annual volunteer event, “Dong Am Xuan Phong” brought joy to 300 children in Cao Phong commune through free health checkups and school supplies.
