Answer 1:What are your impressions of the software development process with Miichisoft?
I’ve been satisfied on many levels, but what stood out most was Miichisoft’s ability to deeply understand our business needs, respond promptly, and offer clear, actionable guidance.
Initially, we had concerns about potential cultural and language barriers when considering an offshore partner in Vietnam. However, Miichisoft demonstrated a high level of professionalism, strong collaboration, and a genuine commitment to our success, quickly building trust and confidence throughout the process.
More than just a software development vendor, Miichisoft positioned themselves as a true partner. Their human-centric approach reflected the spirit of their slogan, “Your Success – Our Mission,” not as a statement, but as a principle consistently upheld in our collaboration.
Answer 2:If you had to describe Miichisoft in one word, what would it be?
If I had to describe Miichisoft in one word, it would be “People.”
During my first visit to Miichisoft’s office, I was warmly and sincerely welcomed by everyone. I had meaningful conversations not only with senior leaders like Mr. Cong, Mr. Hai, and Mr. Tan, but also with many other team members directly involved in our project.
Naturally, there were moments of fatigue and difficulty throughout the collaboration, often due to differences in language and cultural perspectives. However, Miichisoft consistently stood by our side — listening attentively, sharing our challenges, and working hand-in-hand to overcome them.
Such obstacles are to be expected when partnering with overseas teams, even for Japanese companies like ours. What made the difference was Miichisoft’s unwavering support and deep commitment to collaboration, which truly earned our respect and trust.
Perhaps “People” doesn’t fully capture everything I want to express. Words like “Warmth,” “Dedication,” “Corporate Culture,” or “Commitment to Human Growth” also come to mind. But above all, what left the deepest impression on me was the genuine sense of comfort, positivity, and trust we felt throughout the partnership.
I sincerely look forward to continuing and expanding our collaboration with Miichisoft in the future.
