4. Who is Bridge SE (BrSE)? What do they do?
- Bridge SE (BrSE) is a human resource connecting Japanese clients and software engineers in Vietnam. They act as a bridge to bring the project to development following the requirements and wishes of the clients. In most cases, they have a Japanese level of N2 or higher. At Miichisoft, the BrSE team has up to 30% of employees who have lived and worked in Japan, we ensure that we can easily understand the wishes of our clients, and effectively manage projects with them.

9. Can Miichisoft send software engineers in Vietnam to work onsite in Japan?
- Miichisoft can bring Vietnamese software engineers onsite in Japan depending on the needs of clients. In addition, depending on the team structure and the qualifications of the software engineers, Miichisoft will discuss with the clients how to bring the team structure to the onsite type, to achieve the client’s goals and maximize and optimize project development time and costs.

The entire Labo engineer team will be managed and coordinated by the clients during the contract period. - PoC is a type of development project that tests the technicality or business model, not focusing on the high perfection of the product. It is usually applied to problems with high technical content.
- Operation is a type of project that ensures stable operation of the project after release. It is usually applied to the next phases of Miichisoft release products.

4. At which stage will Miichisoft’s QA team participate in the project?
- The QA team joins in after the design documentation is complete to start testing and writing test documentation. The QA team also participates in testing with completed project functions to speed up the development and quality of the project.

For example, the working hours of Miichisoft Vietnam’s headquarters are from 8:30 VNT = 10:30 JPT. However, the working hours of the Miichisoft Japan branch are 30 minutes earlier than the Miichisoft Vietnam headquarters, at 10:00 JPT.
